Courier Services
All incoming and outgoing mail and small packages must go to the Courier Office. The Courier Office is located on the P1 Level directly adjacent to the Bay Wellington Tower parking elevators near the Front Street parking garage entrance. Outgoing mail is picked up from your offices on a scheduled or as needed basis.
The Brookfield Place internal courier service operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Weekend service can also be provided through the Loading Dock. This service is not available to Retail Tenants.
PlusOne Inc. is an independent courier company currently under contract to operate the Courier Service and Loading Dock at Brookfield Place.
Courier Intercept Program
With its comprehensive Courier Intercept service program, logistics personnel work with the courier of your choice to send mail or small packages to any specified destination.
There are many advantages to Brookfield Place’s Courier Intercept Program, including faster delivery of your important communications, the convenience of secure, internal, Brookfield trained personnel, plus less damage or wear and tear to building systems and elevators.
Package Tracking System
All external couriers must access Brookfield Place via the entrance located on the north side of Front Street just west of Yonge Street. Short term parking (maximum of ten minutes) is available for courier vehicles and bicycles. PlusOne’s web based operating system at
www.plusone.ca can assist Tenants to conveniently track their packages shipped with PlusOne at any time. For the status of packages using other courier companies, please contact the Courier Office and provide the courier company and waybill number.
The Brookfield Place courier service is also available to Office and Retail Tenants who wish to have items delivered within the complex. Internal waybills are available from the Courier Department.
- Stamped outgoing mail can be picked up from your premises and sent to Canada Post for delivery for a reasonable fee.
- Additional services such as registered mail or bulk mail delivery are also available for a nominal charge.
